Comprising of a large lounge which includes wide screen TV, DVD and CD player; dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, en-suite shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and Bedroom 3 has a double-bed, they both lead to shared en-suite shower and toilet. All bedrooms have TVs. Rear courtyard garden with out door furniture. Sleeps 2 to 7 Apartment 2: (Newly refurbished to a very high standard) LARGE GROUND FLOOR APT. Comprising of a large lounge, dining room with sea view, which includes TV, DVD nad CD player. Fully equipped kitchen and two separate bed rooms. Main bedroom has a double and a single bed with an en-suite shower and toilet and TV. Bedroom two has a 2two single beds with en-suite shower and toilet and TV. Sleeps 2 to 5 Apartment 3: SEA VIEW 1ST FLOOR APT. Lounge with kitchen/diner; large bedroom with one double and one single bed, ensuite toilet, shower. Sleeps 2 to 3 Apartment 4: SEA VIEW 1ST FLOOR APT. Lounge with kitchen area; bedroom with double bed; shower and toilet. Sleeps 2 Apartment 5: 1ST FLOOR APT. One room apartment with double bed, kitchen area; ensuite shower and toilet. Sleeps 2 Apartment 6: SEA VIEW 2ND FLOOR. Lounge; kitchen/diner, toilet and shower room. Bedroom one has one double and one single bed. Bedroom two has one double and one single bed. Sleeps 2 to 6 Apartment 7: 2ND FLOOR APT. Lounge; kitchen/diner, toilet and shower room. One large bedroom with one double and one single bed. One small bedroom with double bed. Sleeps 2 to 5 ALL APARTMENTS ARE SELF-CONTAINED Excellent views overlooking Knightstone Harbour and Marine Lake. Only five minutes level walk along the promenade to the Town Centre, Winter Gardens, Grand Pier etc. Local shops are two minutes walk away.
