A: An apartment is the perfect combination between staying in a hotel or guest house and having the flexibility of your own home from home. You benefit from the comfort of a hotel but with the added convenience and freedom of your own fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area.

Q: Where in Weston super Mare are the holiday apartments located?

A:  The holiday apartments are ideally situated over looking Knightstone Harbour, Marine Lake and Weston-super-Mare seafront. You are just a gentle stroll along the promenade to the town centre.

Q: What services and facilities are included in the rate?

A: Everything is included to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, colour TV, Freeview, DVD player, CD player, trouser press and reserved onsite parking.

Q: How many people can stay in an apartment?

A: At the time of booking, the names of each person staying in the apartments are required. The total number of people is limited to the number of beds in the apartment.

Q: Is there a minimum length of stay?

A: At Nook and Harbour Holiday Apartments you can stay for any length of time you book from 1 day to 6 months or more.

Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: Making a reservation couldn't be easier. Please call 01934 621122, book online or email a member of our team who will be happy to discuss your exact requirements. The apartments are always in high demand so it is advisable to book early.

Q: How do I get access to my apartment?

A: Guest relations will meet you on arrival and show you around your apartment.

Q: How do I pay and when do I pay?

A: Payment is required prior to commencing your stay. For further information on payment and cancellation policies please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Q: How much notice do I need to provide if I wish to cancel?

A: For you to cancel and receive a full refund of any monies paid a full 8 weeks notice is required. Nook and Harbour Holiday Apartments will always try and work with you in the event you have to cancel, however as apartments tend to be booked well in advance it is often not possible to re-let at short notice, which makes the cancellation policy necessary.

Q: Do you give discounts for longer stays?

Q: What time is check in / check out?

A: Check-in is from 2pm on your day of arrival and check out by 10:00am.
